provisional timetable for orals

dear all 

please find attached the PROVISIONAL timetable for the orals

and a number of instructions that need to be followed to make

this event successful for all.

please note that i was asked to put the math exam students on day 1

due to their exam on june 13.

i did however only get a list with first names and could not match

Bee, Ofentse and Tumi to the last names on my list.

so they most possibly have two slots.

only the ones with their first names count.

as soon as i get the last names, the double slots will be eliminated

and some times might slightly move.

field trip monday

meet me at 9am in the bubble.
we are doing a public space with public transport fieldtrip.
taking the train from park station to jeppestown.
please bring money for the fee ( will try to find out the amount and post here),
wear walking shoes and bring water.
paper and pen for sure, camera at own risk.
we will return by 4pm.
